Option  1: Remove plastic clasp from bracelet and attach metal one in the same location.

Option 2: Leave the plastic clasp on the bracelet and attach the metal one at the desired location on the bracelet. (Not recommended when using bracelet as a hair tie because it makes finding the correct clasp to release difficult)
