Do we offer WORLDWIDE SHIPPING?
Yes we do! Orders are shipped out from Austin, TX USA and can take anywhere from 5-15 days to receive with current international shipping times. We ship our orders with USPS and you will get tracking information with your shipment.
Do we pay CUSTOM FEES OR TAXES?
United Kingdom: We DO pay the VAT taxes when shipping your order.
All Other Countries: It is already extremely expensive to ship internationally and we do not cover any additional fees that your country may charge you to receive our products into your country, including but not limited to, import tax, custom's duty, value added tax, or shipment processing fees. These additional fees imposed by your country can vary depending on which country or taxes they impose. All of our orders ship from Austin, Texas, USA.
How long is DOMESTIC US SHIPPING?
Orders are usually shipped out within 0 - 48 hours (1 -5 Days during peak holiday times) and can take anywhere from 1 - 5 days to receive. We ship our orders with USPS and you will get tracking information with your shipment.
How long is INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
Orders are usually shipped out within 24-48 hours (3-5 Days during peak holiday times) and can take anywhere from 7 to 15 days to receive. We ship our orders with USPS and you will get tracking information with your shipment. The 15+ days is mainly if your package gets inspected by custom's and can delay the shipping times significantly. We can not speed up a package once it is already in transit.
What is the RETURN/REFUND Process?
USA Orders: While we are extremely confident that you will LOVE the PRO Hair Ties, if for any reason you don't, we will make it right! Simply return the shipment to us within 30 days of receiving the product and we will give you a refund minus any original shipping costs. We do not provide a return shipping label.

International Orders: Due to the extremely high shipping costs, all international orders are final and we do not offer a return or refund. Don't worry though; we are 100% confident you will absolutely love them!
