HAIR TIE QUESTIONS

Will it pull, tangle or damage my hair?

No! The majority of these issues are caused by the harsh removal of a traditional hair tie. The PRO Hair Tie’s easy-release clasp allows you to gently remove your Hair Tie, preventing all pulling, tangling and damage.

Does it work for all hair types?

Yes! The PRO Hair Tie has been tested and reviewed by women of all ages and hair types. Thick, fine, curly, straight… our Hair Tie WILL work for your hair!

What is it made of?

The PRO Hair Tie is made of a silicone material and sprayed with a non-stick coating to prevent them from “sticking” to hair. The clasp that connects the hair tie is plastic.

How does the clasp not open when it’s in my hair?

The clasp was designed to release only when lifted at an angle. Otherwise, it will stay securely fastened. The design is so unique that we have several patents pending.

Do you offer different sizes?

We only sell one size, but you can easily customize your PRO Hair Tie to perfectly fit your ponytail thickness.

For fine hair

Trim a few beads off the Hair Tie, leaving a round bead at the end to secure in the clasp. We recommend trimming two beads at a time (one round, one flat) until it is the perfect fit.

For thick hair

Connect two hair ties together. Trim the beads of one Hair Tie, leaving a round bead at the end to secure in the clasp. We recommend trimming two beads at a time (one round, one flat) until it is the perfect fit.

I have a latex allergy. Can I still use the PRO Hair Tie?

We recommend anyone with a latex allergy does not use the PRO Hair Tie.

what are your shipping times?

We process most orders either the same day or next business day. Shipping can take 1-5 business days depending on how far you are from our office. We ship from Hutto, Texas.

I received an email saying my order was delivered but it was not, why?

This applies if you chose a shipping option with tracking.

Our system automatically grabs information based on the tracking of your order . Sometimes USPS marks products as delivered but they aren't actually delivered for 1-2 days, then it will tell our system it was delivered. Please allow 48 hours for delivery. If you still have not received your package, you may need to contact your local Post Office.
