Being in the right headspace is crucial for practicing yoga. I prefer to eliminate all distractions so I can focus on my breathing and maximize the benefits of stretching and meditating. A way to have the best experience possible is to feel comfortable. It is easy to find the right clothing to work out in but people often forget about putting their hair up or out of the way in a comfortable style. A style that I have found works great for me is the Rolled Ponytail. It works great for me because it keeps my hair out of my face no matter what routine I am working on.
It also is a comfortable style, especially using PRO Hair Ties because they do not tug on your hair or tangle. Separate your hair into two sections. Then, starting in the front on either side, twist a section of your hair towards the back of your head, gradually adding in more chunks of hair until you reach the back. Secure each ponytail with a PRO Hair Tie and twist the tails together a few times to integrate them. Tie the two ends together with a third PRO Hair Tie for a cute low-ponytail look! This hairstyle goes great with yoga attire and holds throughout an entire routine. I’ve started wearing my hair like this out and about because I like it so much!
